Thorough Pre-Inspection

To make sure your needs will be met and satisfied, and to clarify any pre-existing conditions that may need to be addressed, we will conduct a thorough pre-cleaning inspection.

Pre-Conditioning and Spot Removal

Using only top of the line pH-balanced industry approved products, a high pressured super-heated cleaning solution is applied to all traffic areas and accessible areas. Specialty chemicals are applied to different spots and stains throughout. Some stains require different specialty services to rectify the problem. (For example: red stains, bleach stains, pet stains will be quoted.)

Steam Clean and Extraction

A 200° high pressure clean rinse solution is injected into your carpet and extracted using the highest powered vacuum available. This rinses out all the dirt, stains and chemical residue, leaving your carpet softer, brighter, fresher and cleaner, like it was when it was new. Most furniture will be moved and replaced to original areas with coasters for protection.
