1. Pre-Inspection: For material type, material condition, staining, color fastness and over-all soiling so we can determine the best methods and cleaning products for your specific needs.

2. Prepare the area to protect the surrounding floor and furnishings.

3. Pre-vacuum to help remove loose soil, pet dander, dust mites, etc.

4. Determine proper pre-spray application for your situation and treat entire piece. Apply spotting chemical for specific problems require.

5. Lightly hand brush or agitate pre-spray to loosen soil and stains.

6. Steam clean all fabric with our specialized Hi-Dri tools to remove all soil and stains. Our specialized cleaning equipment leaves your furniture clean fresh smelling and almost dry to the touch. Normal drying time is usually 1-3 hours.

7. Final inspection so that you are satisfied. Apply fabric protector where necessary or desired.
